once upon a time, or rather a week ago, i offhandedly mused "i want a hot tub."
in the room were unusually resourceful people who said, "ok!" and then proceeded to discuss stuff about super duper insulation and energy efficient ways to heat lots & lots of water.
and today we have a wish-come-true hot tub!
it sits 10 people. but i bet we could fit more...

hey andi, sorry, no pic. you have to see it in person! we're making progress! today we bought all of the electrical components to wire the heater and pump, etc. we were going to wait until we have a rocket stove as a heat source because that would be ever so much more energy efficient but i want that hot tub NOW! as for top ten...more like top 50. but since i'm currently totally anti-social it'll just be me hogging the whole thing.
