Love the richness of the colours & textures in your beautiful bounty! Not to mention the divine flavour I bet it all has. :o)I sooo wish we had a cellar so I could learn to cure & store stuff... heck, I wish we owned our yard so I could dig it up & turn it into a garden!

Note: food chaos reigned for a long while but these pumpkins and squashes have all cured and are now settled in the cellar.
